1. We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from Hellorandomluck. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. But we want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase:

If the product you received is incorrect, damaged in shipping, or defective in another way, you may return it for a 100% refund, including shipping charged at time of purchase, within 7 days of receipt. To submit a Return Request, please contact custom service Whatsapp: +86 159 143 16715. We will reply with instructions on returning your item. Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment. In cases of wrong item shipped, shipping damage, or defect, please contact us for a return shipping label.
4. If you wish to return your purchase for any other reason, you may return it for a 100% refund, not including shipping charged at time of purchase, within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping is NOT provided by Hellorandomluck in this case.
5. All items returned for Refund must be in mint, unworn/unused condition, and returned with the original Hellorandomluck branded packaging and any accessories, certificates, etc. Missing items may incur a nominal replacement fee.
6. Refunds will be issued within 7 Business Days after we receive the item.
