If the product you received is incorrect, damaged in shipping, or defective in another way, you may return it for a 100% refund, including shipping charged at time of purchase, within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment. In cases of wrong item shipped, shipping damage, or defect, please contact us for a return shipping label.

All items returned for Refund must be in mint, unworn/unused condition, and returned with the original Hellorandomluck branded packaging and any accessories, certificates, etc. Missing items may incur a nominal replacement fee.
Refunds will be issued within 7 Business Days after we receive the item.
